1. Account Terms

To register and operate a business billing account on PesaBill, you must provide valid credentials, including a valid email, business name, and category. You are responsible for maintaining session passwords securely and overseeing all invoices issued under your portal.

2. Invoicing & Billing Compliance

Merchants agree not to issue fraudulent, deceitful, or malicious invoices. PesaBill provides mock testing networks by default. Any merchant conducting actual sales checkouts must adhere to local tax rules and financial compliance regulations in their respective operating region.

3. Payments & Gateway Settlement

Payments processed via integrations (Stripe, Paystack, PayPal) are routed directly into your merchant configuration. PesaBill does not hold, manage, or mediate transaction payouts, nor do we bear liability for customer disputes or chargebacks.

4. Subscriptions & Tier Access

Free accounts are limited to a maximum of 5 invoices monthly and feature the PesaBill layout watermark. Upgrades to Pro ($9/mo or $90/yr) and Business ($19/mo or $190/yr) are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation of subscriptions takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate billing policies, attempt network bypass, or issue unauthorized invoice descriptions.
